The topic was the competition for the Best Swiss Kitchen of the Year - and Andrin Schweizer's work as jury president. "Hektoliterweise Herzblut – Hectoliters of lifeblood" is the title of the portrait of Andrin Schweizer in the spring issue of the magazine "Geschäftsführer*in Zürich". It is also available online. The portrait starts on page 70.

 

 

Penthouse in New York receives award

We feel honoured and lucky at a time: Our first project in the US has directly won a «Best of Interior»-Award by Callwey, a german publishing house. Alongside, a book with all projects selected was published – so here's what the jury wrote about our work: «This whole apartment is a declaration of love by the owners towards the City. (...) More New York ist just impossible.» We are very happy to have been selected for an award for our penthouse on 5th Avenue and recommend the book – for instance to put under the Christmas tree.

 

 

Longlisted for Dezeen Awards 2021

We are proud to announce that Andrin Schweizer Company is longlisted for Dezeen Awards 2021 in the category «Interior design studio of the year». Altogether, there are 19 studios from around the world to be nominated for this prestigious award – but only one from Switzerland. So we are already in a celebration mood and hope this feeling will even grow after the award ceremony in October. For more information check the longlist here.

 

 

 

Schweizers Heimwerker:innen

On-screen on July 23rd: Swiss Television SRF1 shows the first episode of Andrin Schweizer's new series «Schweizers Heimwerker:innen». In the show, DIY-men and women retouch their private homes, be it the dream of a new kids' room or an ambitious garden project. At the end of every episode, Andrin Schweizer elects his personal favorite as a winner project. For more information please go to srf.ch
